shrimp is looking pretty nasty after a couple of days being in the tank, makes me feel sorry for fish when people decide to use them to cycle their tanks.

Also been getting a TON of coralline growing! i have shades of green purple, pink, orange, teal, red, just wish that they would come out in bigger portions instead o smaller sized

...did you really have to post a picture of your shrimp? lol

Soon enough you'll be wishing that coralline away. You'll get it everywhere...any intakes you have, your glass, and of course your rocks. And magfloat, if you have one. And your snail/hermit shells when you get your CUC. :D

haha yes i did :D nothing else is really going on with the tank except coralline, so the shrimp is the only thing interesting right now. Still no sign of copepods, worms, or anything else

lol and i'd rather have to much coralline than none at all

WOW it's coming a long nicely. I like how you left space at the back, that will give everyone a place to hide

What are the most recent test results like? It looks like it'll be over soon and fishy number one can go in. Or CUC. Your CUC will take up very very little bioload, because they're inverts, and they probably consume as much, if not more, waste than they will ever put out. You could probably add fishy number one soon after the CUC if you add them first.

Do you have a fish list down? It saves alot of headache if you introduce the fish in the proper order. Most aggressive last. Our 6 line, and possibly our clowns, should have gone in towards the end. It would have made the first months easier, but now they all get along. It was mainly the blenny's fault...but we didn't plan on him anyways. No fishy touches wrasse' rocks while he's on guard :D And then the clowns just follow the croud and be mean to whoever. mainly the blenny. They all get along now though.

As of last night *tuesday* testings were
    Nitrite: .2
    Nitrate: 20
    Ammonia: .25

For fish i plan to get either 1 or a mated pair of false clownfish, 1 royal gamma, 1 wrasse *still undecided which one*, and 1 goby *still undecided which one*

I still have a few things to get for my tank, but i have pretty much the basics, two powerheads, filter, and skimmer. The skimmer did not come with the air valve so i'm going to either have to contact aquacave or the reef octopus company to send me one, but i'm not sure which one i should contact

And the diatmos seems to be going away, i'm getting a lot more white rock, and i have noticed on some white areas coralline is starting to grow there also
