Hey, I've been seeing your posts about your cycle but had a few questions (so I don't have to go through all 46 pages)

Did you run your skimmer through the cycle?

 

well, i have actually taken about half of the lr out as it was just to much and i couldn't really aquascape with that much. so i probably have about 40-60 pounds now

and i probably ran my skimmer about 7-8 weeks into the cycle

And cycling has taken forever it's week 10 and i'm finally showing signs of 0 with my parameters

thanks. And your telling me. At least it helps that i don't have that much money right now so that makes it to where i can't buy anything, and forces me to be patient

 

I bet you can't wait to get corals. Is this going to be a mixed reef?

 

i know. i havent even thought of a coral list yet, just currently trying to get my fish list all made up. I'm not to sure about if it will be a mixed reef but all i know is my light can handle pretty much anything, so i bascially can get whatever i want, at least once i get the mods to my powerheads or save up for a vortech mp20

 

alright, so i've decided to add a midas blenny to add to the list, and maybe a pygmy hawk fish
