    thanks :D

small update. CUC is doing an AMAZING job on cleaning the front glass. Still a little bit more on the front glass, now they need to get to cleaning the other 3 sides and rocks and it's all gone, one rock has it really bad and is completly covered. Just spotted my first bubble algae and got it out of the tank.

2 more days until my Helfrichi's firefish

    Finally peace in the tank

the female clownfish has FINALLY accpeted the male back. It's taken her a month to get over the fin nipping and chasing him around the tank. She still pokes at him a little bit, but it's at his abdomen and not his tail. They still don't constantly swim together but the male is able to get near her without getting chased.

Just so nice to have peace in the tank and just in time before my Helfrichi's firefish comes tomorrow

tank as of tonight, before the new fishie! This is also with the new window screen over the egg crate, and only two lights on. Clean up Crew has been doing an awesome job.

Cool, I see you suspended your light. I really want to do this but I have 12' ceilings and it could be a real pain. Tanks looking good.

this is what i did, i had a shelf above the tank, so i bolted the shelf to the wall, got metal rods to suspend over the tank so the light will be center, and bolted those to the shelf and hung the light from there. This light is pretty light, so i'm not sure how this idea will work on the heavier lights unless you have a strong shelf. And if i need to get into the tank, i just put the light onto the rods

Not a bad idea, I might have to just do something similar. Maybe build some nice supports or something. You have motivated me, and I love weekend projects. Unless I have to vacuum of course.
