    How much are you feeding? I find most people really overfeed without knowing it, I used to do it myself. As for lights, just how old are the bulbs? Old bulbs can be a cause of algae as well. As for the colour temp of the bulbs, it's all personal preference.

    The bulbs r 3 months old I bought them new 2days after I got the tank . What every 3 to 4 day is still to much they get a peace of squid one feeding and a peace of shrimp the next for the anenome gets a peace of silver side.

    That doesn't sound like too much. I would just concentrate on lowering nitrates phospahtes (may need to find a new water source). And lights are good for a couple more months.
