I am slowly assembling parts for my new tank (90gal) and I have a couple questions. I have purchased my skimmer already ETSS sump buddy 40 downdraft skimmer and I am needing a pump to run it as well as a pump for the return. I am wanting to use external pumps but am not sure which ones to use. I know my skimmer is rated for 700-900gph flow rate. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

First nice skimmer, I have an aqua c 120 but I love etss.
Second I use a slightly oversized pump and attach a valve to it do adjust performance.
Third I use in sump rio hyperflows, they use 75 watts less and 75 watts 24hr x 365days equals a lot of watts. about 4 dollars less a month to run

I would look on their web site and see what they recommend for that type of skimmer. I use a ReeFlo pump for my Bullet 3
