    Quick question guys, whats a mother colony of purple death Zoas worth? Ide say roughly 35-38 polyps.

    They sell for up to $25 per polyp. $10 per polyp is a good price.

    so if I asked say 250 for the colony, that would be a damn fair price?

    here is the colony. Hard to get a straight on shot of it.

    Its amazing what they sell for....and what people buy them for per polyp!!!

    I just bought a real nice 30 polyp piece for $30....$1 per polyp!!!!

    All depends on the person selling them really.....some people just like sharing their stuff with other reefers without charging LFS prices and killing people.

    I would start at $10 a polyp, see if anybody is interest, if not, you can always lower the price. You could also frag out the colony. IMO and IME, it would be easier to sell.
