i was feeding them coral food. reef snow , zoo plankton. micro something, but i stopped, when i feed the frozen foods i dont drain them i let that go into the water with the different foods. i have a good skimmer so i dont worry about over feeding or the juice the foods are packed in. the fish get a large variety of frozen foods so i feel the corals are all getting some of that to.

oh one more thing i noticed when my skimmers impeller was bad and i was waiting for another to arrive( no skimmer for a week) i noticed the goniopora's would feed almost all day. the one was swelled like a blow fish almost all the that week. so after than i realized that the skimmer was pulling the food out of the water. i now have my skimmer set to shut off for an hour after i feed. i might make it two. will see how it goes this way.

the goniopra's i just started with a few months ago. so im still new also.

I have a Grape Goni also, I suggest High Light and Med Flow, they are very temperamental and respond quickly to changes from my exp's mine never take longer than a few hours to change. They should be opening a little.

I have 3 goni's so best of luck they are a challenge but so beautiful!
