Purple Lobster killing fish

    So everything I researched said the purple lobster is peacefull and would not harm any tank mates. Right.

    So far he has killed (and eaten) a racoon butterfly, a yellow tail damsel, countless crabs, and has chopped off the tail of a perc clown (although it did grow back) Does anyone know how to catch him without taking out all my rocks and corals ?

    You can set a trap. Do it at night as they are nocturnal.

    +1 set a trap at night or try to catch him with stainless steel tongs/ big tweezer

    u can also use the glass jar technique. put a glass jar on a slant with bait in the middle of it then wait for him to get it. i know it works perfectly with crabs but not so good with shimp. so who knows about lobsters. worth a try
