    Yeah, im glad it was just the cheap check valve and not something major like having to redo the whole design.

    I did end up drilling a small hole in the cap of the breather tube. Without the hole it wouldnt start up again after i turned the power off, and with the cap on it's near dead silent. Thanks for all you're help :)
