PVC shelf while aquascaping

    Aquascape pictures from new build today

    ok I managed to get the pipe all installed it dident fit in to easy but then I ties everything up and this is what I got. I removed some base rock that had no groth on in I may add some back but im not to sure started to add some of the crumbles to the sump.

    I would just rinse it. They are usually dirty and sometime oily, other than that I can't think of anything.

    Just soak it in some bleach/water (10-20% bleach) for a little while and then some baking soda/water (for twice as long). That should clean the PVC up nicely.

    Oh and I cant believe the ammount of bristle worms were in there I found 4-5 large ones and about 6-8 of probally 1 insch ones! Wow and they dont feel good to touch! spent the rest of the day with rubber gloves!
