QT/Frag Tank idea help wanted

p wanted So I would like to have a QT and frag tank. The idea I've come up with so far is to have a custom acrylic tank made or make myself 30" x 20" x 13"h. The tank would have a separate closed off ~10g section 8"x18" that would be used for quarantine, and the rest of the tank would be the frag part with an overflow and sump/skimmer etc. I was thinking I would just do water changes from my display tank (95 total water gallons) on the QT and use powerhead to oxygenate, maybe add a hob filter if needed. I don't want to set up 2 fully functional filtered systems - don't have the room and don't think I would need it. This way also if I was quarantining corals, I would have one light system over the tank that would light the QT and frag tank. Thoughts on this or a better idea?
