    Well I decided to dose prazipro just to be sure that the fish would be good in the event it had to go into the DT early.... Ive been watching flukes fall off now for 2 hours.

    to tell the truth i never quarantine, i believe its much less stressful to the fish to add it directly to the tank than to switch it to another tank then another! i have never quarantined and i have only ran into a parasite, ich, once and it was easily treated. i believe the best treatment and prevention of disease is to just have your aquarium as healthy as possible at all times. nothing can treat parasites better than keeping your fish happy and well fed. i do get alot of crap for my position on quarantine however from ellow hobbyists and people on forums such as this, it is just the way i decide to do things. i know quarantining doesnt hurt anything i just have never quarantined and never will and its worked great for me so far and i know a few other people that dont quarantine as well.
