Quarantine Tank Chiller?

    I was looking into the ice probe as well as one other that was on reef builders some time ago. I think the fan with ATO is the best way to go. At this point I cant see myself dropping that much on a chiller for my QT. If I do I think I'm going to go with the Ice Probe because of availability.

    We also used it in the built in overflow of a 24gallon tank.

    This is the backside of the tank where you can see into the back of the overflow and the whole where the iceprobe went in.

    I agree, roll with fans and ATO whenever you can.

    Thanks - I'll give the fan a go first as even if it doesnt work too well its not too much money

    getting quite excited now as my DT is nearly finished it's cycle!
