Noob question. To quarantine shrimp or not? Do they carry much in the way of harmful diseases? Sorry again for the noob question.

I read that shrimp-fish disease transmission is very rare, and I do not currently have any other shrimp in the tank.

In case it matters, I'd like to get 2 skunk shrimp.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You do not have to quarantine shrimp. Just acclimate carefully, shrimp can be very sensitive to changes in Sg and pH.

And I do not think you need to worry about asking questions, that is what the forum is for.
