Question about a website

I am looking at a nuvo innovative tank off their website and I was considering picking it up. Does anyone have past experiences with them also do they gaurentee their products to be shipped without breaking

Marinedepot?

I order something from them about every 2-3 months, ordered my JBJ 28 gallon Marinedepot. I have always been very pleased with them.

 

I've ordered from them several times, never had a problem

 

what if I get the box and it is broken or cracked

 

You take images and contact them and give them a couple days to correct the issue.

In this hobby there is no distributor or vendor that does not experience the problems that go along with shipping.

It's not always or rarely the vendor's issue but rather the shipper.

If you are reluctant buy local.

 

I'd trust them with it. They always seem to treat me right, and I always hear the same from other reefers
