Still trying to figure out what heater will work best with a BC29...had at first thought to go with a Marineland Stealth Pro 100w, but then found out about the recall. I'm wanting a good quality heater that I won't have to stress about.

Also, what chamber did you install yours in?

    Thanks!

Not a BC owner, but I found titanium heaters to be better investments.

I would get an Eheim Jager, as it's in the back compartment and won't be bothered (glass), yet is a very good quality heater.

I found I didn't need a lot of heat. Ended up with a 50w Eheim. in the first compartment

A heater!! I'm just about to get a Biocube, and I'm wondering about a chiller! Like, they run about 82-84' up hear just from the lights. I might blow the budget and get those nanotuner LEDs so my will stay cooler. It can't be that cool in Missouri, can it?

I don't even use a heater. The light brings the temp to about 80 and in the night it's about 78. What is your usual temp range?

Sounds like it could go either way, then...I'll probably have to get a heater for the winter, at the least, we don't keep our house that warm.
