    Is there a way to re charge the phosphate removing media after u start seeing phasphates rise like you can with products such as purigen?

    There are peoplr doing it but to me its not worth the time required and chemicals used. Add to that GFO grinds down in size with use so ends up being powder before its done.
    Bulk GFO is relatively cheap.

    In the drinking water industry we have looked at recharging it but its not cost effective and may not meet EPA drinking water standards.
