Does anyone have one of these skimmers? The other day I looked at the cup to check on it and it was basically overflowing, It did this over the course of maybe 2-3 days. It never filled that much so quickly before and it was very watery. I raised the cup but it still seems to pull a lot of water into the cup no matter how high. Any suggestions on getting a more thicker less liquidy skim or should I leave it as it is.

    Thanks,

I've had my bak pak 2r for about 4 years now. It works great. I have had a simmaler problem a couple of times. It was usually after I added something to the tank. An additive of some kind, or some of that epoxy putty can do it. In one case something oozed out an anemone I had and the skimmer went crazy. In all cases the skimmer was back to normal in a couple of days, and these incidents have been few and far between. see ya, Marky
