    I added BRS Deluxe GFO and Carbon Reactors to my sump, And ever since then(4days ago) my PS hasn't produced anything..Is this normal?

    yes it is----the carbon is fighting your skimmer for doc removel...the carbon works much faster so the skimmer will slow down or stop any waste collection intill the carbon is exhausted or you take it out....your skimmer is fine!!
