Questions about a Cleaner Shrimp

i dont think you have anything to worry about. my pair hang in hiding most of the day , unless foods introduced. they will more than likely come out when lights are off, or just actinics on.

 

Three hours is way too long to acclimate anything is stresses them out too much

 

Day three, and they aren't hiding anymore! Immediately went to work on cleaning the fish!

 

havent lost an invert/fish yet doing it this way... i do it after lights out. Ive even had fish fall asleep while acclimating them and i had to scoop them out of the bag to get them into the tank... didnt even wake up either!
