So since the beginning of October Ive been in the process of buying my very first home! (yay for me haha) Well!! Heres the problem.... Gotta move my 29g Biocube... I know how im going to move it BUT!! We are remodeling the house, which means were going to be living in the basement for a couple weeks (yes it is a finished basement ;) haha) So the upstairs where I plan on permantly placing the tank, is going to be under some major construction... Dry walling, floors being refinished, ceiling being replaced, lots of dust, paint, etc, you get the picture. So there is Nooo way I can move it upstairs untill its done and I cant let it stay at our apart because we need to be out in feb. Soo what do i do!!?? set up the tank in the basement for a while and later move it upstairs?? Should I find temporary homes ? Would moving it Twice be too much stress?? Im going crazy trying to figure out the best plan on how and where to move this too untill we get situated. Any opinions are greatly appreciated!!

I moved my 75g fowlr tank in Nov. The fish spent the night in a brute container when got the tank set back up and fish back in it was like they never moved went to eating rate away. So when it comes to fish I can't see the problem with two moves.

I would put it in the basement then move it up stairs when its all done.

I think the 2 moves is fine! Get it set up in the basement! Then when ready to move upstairs, remove as much water as you can! Grab 2 big guys, have them carry it up and the water, fill back up, and buy them a pizza and a 6 pack! Easy peasy!;)lol
