I was trying to take a few pictures of some frags on my rack but there was a lot of algae on the glass around my frag rack. My mag float is way to big to fit in between my frag rack and corals and the glass (and moving the rack is a PITA).

I had a red kent marine acrylic scraper lying around but it wasn't long enough and it is too short and stubby to maneuver around the racks. I took the blade off and rubberbanded it to a plastic fork from burger king. It sounds ridiculous but it doesnt look all that bad. It also is great for scraping around the frag racks because the fork is curved so I dont have to bend my wrist or angle the scraper awkwardly. It is also surprisingly sturdy and can withstand a lot of pressure from me pushing on it while scraping.

Surprisingly Burger King here in west chester carries some really strong forks. This works better than the scraper that the blade originally came with. It is thinner, longer, and because of the bend in the fork it bends around the top lip of the tank.
