So being that they are not the red ones is it ok to put my ric back in the dt? or should I give it a FW dip first? If I give it a fW dip do I use ro/di water for the dip? Is it straight ro/di for 10 min? This will be the first time I have had to do this. Thanks

If you have 10 you can see you have hundreds that you can't or have not seen at this point . Early treatment is the key longer you wait the more their numbers will grow and when you apply the flatworm poison they will just be more of them to release their toxins and do more real damage to the system , as for the f/w exit bing difficult to find ? Thats a new on on me I have about 10 boxes on hand all the time and access to all you would want.
I'd get some somewhere and treat that tank

Ditto what Tangster said :) they're like roaches (to borrow the saying from another 3reeferer)

Is it true then, that only the red ones are harmful, and the clear flatworms are harmless?

Yes, clear ones are non photosynthetic, do not reach plague proportions and do not have the toxic effect the reds do. If I had more time right now I'd post up links for you but I'm afraid I'm all ready late to leave.
