I am mixing some salt and had two quick questions. I am mixing a 5g bucket now, how log should I mix? I usually do 24h. I have a maxi jet 1200 in the bucket is this sufficient?

    24 hours is what I do, 4Phish

and that maxijet will be fine

some salt mixes are good to go after just a few hours
but I always make my water the day before I need it anyway

+1 on what Steve said, I also use a maxi 1200 and mix overnight or longer, never had an issue. I used to use a small stealth heater but found the maxi sometimes produced enough heat to keep the water warm enough depending on the season.
