Thank you :D I tried doing it this time with coral in mind. Do you have any suggestions to make it better? or do you think this is good?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Trust me I could not improve it, I fail at scapes. I spend hours doing and redoing and always end up hating mine.

What looks good to me a minimalist scapes a separate structures.

The one you have gives depth with one structure seated behind the other.

I also like tanks that looks good from the sides as well, if you can pull that off it, it makes a huge difference.

I always end up changing my aquascapes like every other month lol
I think that once I start adding coral I will see what works and what doesn't.
I told my teacher to order my lights, timer and test kits. Soon I will be planning on the CUC and skimmer :D

I would leave more space between walls so you dont have to move rocks to scrub walls

love the scape..but like kwinter1 stated..IF you can clear the area around the glass so as to be able to run a mag float around it...you will be much happier...dont be afraid to take a saw to that rock..make it fit how you want it...because once you get things growing...you wont want to be moving stuff around .. looking pretty awesome though !! : )
    edit..
are you going to be viewing from all three sides?

I checked, and I can run the mag float from the left side and front side perfectly :D

The right side doesn't really matter much because there is no glass there ( that's where the overflow is.)

I can only see the tank from front and left side.:)

    Update.
I received the timer and the API test kits.

    PH 8.3
    Ammonia .50-1.0 ppm
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate 0
    Phosphates 0

So far so good for the first week :p More pictures coming.

    Tank is looking good.

You didn't change bulbs at all? Is the color change noticeable on the actual tank, or is it just in the photos?
