quick tang question

    i wouldnt do any kind of Powder blue or brown tang.. not even in a 150G.. they are really prone to ich and if they get stressed enough its over.. thats from my experience anyways.. i would definitely try a yellow or a kole.. Regal tangs are pretty cool too.

    well the tank will be kept clean and i will get it about an inch or so big. so it will have tons of swimming room plus i have 3 different lfs (none are petco or anything like that) that i can take them to when it gets to big.

    i have managed to keep baby sailfins,hippos, and now carri blue in a 55gal long. They play in the power heads all day with my clowns. So just go small and you will be all set.;D

    Tangs need room

    Minimum 6 ' tank as they get to be miserable cohabitants in smaller tanks as they will hog all the food and be very bossy with other tank mates.

    The only tang I could even slightly recommend is a tomini tang. Chevrons, yellows, koles, powder brown/ blues, all get too big.
