I'm laying in bed on my phone. My wife is snoring up a storm, and to top it off my 3 year old golden retriever barks in her sleep. ugh.

    Any tips? Couch, ear muffs?

Pinch your good ladies nose so she either breaths through her mouth or wakes up
if she wakes up, tell her about the dog

Have her checked out for snoring - sometimes it's a health issue. If it is, then she's getting help and you're getting quiet sleep!

Hopefully, it's not. And then the doctor can give her some kind of contraption to help minimize her snoring :)

If this is constant and chronic - sleep apnea is a real possibility. My father was a mega-snorer and he went to a sleep study center - was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea (severe) and was given a sleep mask that he sleeps with every night.

He says he feels younger and more well rested than ever before with the mask and it only takes a few nights to get used to because if you are an apnea suferer - you are likely not sleeping well so anything that does help you sleep is quickly accepted by your body.

Best of luck to you and your wife!

as for the dog i believe that one has already be addressed "let sleeping dogs lie . . ."

    ;)
