    That Vid is just crazy.. the police was histerical..!! It makes you wonder with the rally race wrecks did the people know they would be safe by not moving or simply DUMFOUNDED... I am gonna say DUMBFOUNDED... along with lots of warm chocolate pudding fealing in the seat of there pants...

    I believe what fell on the car was a sign to whatever store/building he was at. You know how we see signs to restaurants and places way up high in the air? I guess that one wasn't put up very well.

    And it took me about 6 views, but I think the tennis one goes like this: guy serves the ball, ball hits the other court, ball has so much backspin that bounces back into the serving guys court. maybe it hits the net on the way over. But I think that's how it went...

    The police one definitely wins some major points IMO :D
