I've actually gone 2 months now on e-cigs w/o a regular smoke. Nicotene, check. Great flavors (and I do mean great, like blueberry muffin that smells and tastes like blueberry muffin), check. 4,000 other various nasty chemicals, negative. :) I was a light smoker for almost 10 years (pack every other day) and it's worked for me, so maybe it'll work for you. If you'd like, PM and I'll shoot you some more info.

I quit when I was away from home at a school for my job. My classroom & my hotel room were both on the 3rd floor and I got too tired of running up and down the stairs to the smoking area. lol.

I have a very good, short book that I can lend u. It's in pdf format so I'd be more than happy to let u borrow it. Just don't make copies or distribute it around. Interested?

Well I've never had to quit smoking but from what I've concluded through helping my friends quit the first 2 weeks are the hardest after that your no longer addicted physically just in ur head, wich may be harder to break.what worked for my best friend was to plan ahead;start making a to do list of funish things you have/want to do.mabe a new tank build ect.keep yourself extremely busy.be around non smokers doing active activities like the gym or sports what ever tickles your fancy.mabe take a nice long vacation.I hear puppies help bc they require tons of attention and they are great companions and stress relievers....good luck you can do it

The only way you will successfully quit is when you WANT to quit. And I mean WANT like you WANT that new car or you WANT that new protein skimmer and nothing will stand in you way to get it...
