    How is the ecobac working out for you? I have been considering running some type of biopellets instead of vodka dosing just to cut down on the work a bit.

    Too be honest... I dont even know its there and havent taken it into much consideration of anything in my tank and how its doing.

    I will say I have it on really low flow in my reactor. I tend to believe that it has contributed to a minor cyano problem I am overcoming.

    But yea... kinda set and forget.

    I lowerd my reflectors tonight and led strips tonight. Cutting back the lighting period 3 hours. I will then raise up an hour per week til its back to original schedule.

    Im hoping to achieve better growth :)

    It is a good looking wrasse. Very active... Hard to get a good shot of him.

    any chance of some close up shots of the corals now, with the new lowered lighting

    its the top row that has got me asking, some nice looking colonies visible behind the 4 line in the bag
