    Dude... where have you been???

    Can't believe about the tank. Didn't that all come up when you were looking to go bigger... maybe I have it wrong. Such a nice setup, can't believe the Man is bringing you down. :)

    I was just posting today of my tankless woes.

    Nah... i was content with my 90.

    Well in order to sign another year where Im at and still take a rent increase... I had no choice.

    I cant wait to jump back into it again. looking shortly after the holidays.

    You still sound positive about everything. I'm sure that your next tank will look just as good! ;D That was the good thing about my wife being the apartment manager before we moved into this house lol. Didn't have to worry about landlords.
