Im afraid they look like aiptasia to me. They are a pest and its worth hunting around on the forum for methods of removal. Have a look at the following link for more information: Aiptasia

    Best of luck.

Yes they are aptasia's aka rock anemone's And I also see some early signs of what looks to be cyano's on the rocks as well. Might want to get on cyano the problems early ? As for the aptasia's several methods to control them.. I posted a recipe to kill them if interested ?

some of them is really tiny i think a needle is too big for them should i leave them till they grow a bit?

other methods im not sure cant add a fish yet the tank is kinda still cycling it will probably die, hermit crab might be ok does all hermit eats them or only certain type?

i saw a few in my lfs but they r huge...... bout the size of my palm

Hermit crabs do not eat them. Can you remove the rock(s) that the anemones are growing on?

With the recipe I posted then there is no need to inject them just feed it to then these are in a perfect spot better get them before they move . And at the very least the sauce will just set ontop of them and kill them and as it dissolves it just helps the buffering of the system..The problem many over look with actually shooting them with a syringe is they will sometimes break apart and each new part can and does become a new pest. They eat the paste like it good and turn baack and die nothing to ever clean up. Just feed and go. LOL
