The recipe is posted in this thread:

    http://www.3reef.com/forums/coral-health/aiptasia-infestation-37628.html

Since your tank is new, I wouldn't be too concerned about the cyano as it will most likely go away once the tank finishes cycling.

You might look into ordering peppermint shrimp on line once your tank is stable enough to support them.

If your tank is still in the early stages then it may be easier to remove the rocks that have the aiptasia and then go to work on them in a small bowl. Once they are no longer then put the rocks back into your main display.

Don't worry about the cyano for the time being. All new tanks experience cyano blooms so I expect it will go away on its own unless your water is out of whack after the tank is finished cycling.

If you dropped it into their oral opening and then they closed up on it like it was good they are gone ..they will swell up turn blue black and melt away.. just drop a glob into their tentacles and they will close up on it like food and then its curtains on little ones that are to little to eat much just cover them with the paste . Its sinks and stick like a rock to them It will take a few days week even for the glob to dissolve into the water.
