I just bought a velvet wrasse. Now my raccoon butterfly is chasing it around. Do I need to worry? I guess they are establishing a pecking order, but I don't want the wrasse to get stressed out.

Well, I'm sure he's stressed out. There. Next order of business is that, yes the pecking order must be established. If after a few days or a week the wrasse is being confined to a small corner of the tank, then there is reason to start to worry.

I thought that the raccoon was supposed to be peaceful. If he's going to ne mean to any other fish I put in the tank. Would I have to send the raccoon back even though I had him first?
