Radiant wrasse housed with a Mandarin?

    ^ Exactly. It's not that the two fish would fight, it's that the Halichoeres is a non-stop, very efficient hunter which will eat pods much faster than the mandarin can find them. The question is, would the mandarin be able to find sufficient pods, long term, with such an efficient competitor? Maybe, maybe not. No sense in trying, imo.

    Thanks for all the replies!! And thanks for the rep too! lol. Yeah I was very weary of adding the wrasse. I absolutely adore my mandarin and pride myself on its health. I also go by the senority rule when adding fish. I won't take a fish out that is established for a new arrival. lol
