    i open up the program, connect teh usb to the powered off light, and wait for the connected to turn green inthe top right of the screen, then hit the device refresh button, and it says that no devices can be found.


    /edit disregaurd, took 8 trys but it got it.

    How ever, how do you preview your light schedule? when i click play, nothing happends to the light, no lights come on or anything, does the light ave to be powered on for this? can it be plugged in and hooked up atthe same time?

    I have always reprogramed mine while they were operational and powered on.
