about 8 months ago i got my Radion, 4 months after that, the light just shut off. i could turn it off and back on, but within 20 minutes it was off again. so ecotech sent me a new light. but it still did the same thing so they sent me a new power supply.

now today i plugged my radion into my PC so i could increase my light intensity from 55% to 60%. it did had to do a firmware update, i made my changes, saved the programming and unplugged it.

20 minutes later the light shut off... so i plugged it back in and when back down to 55%. no joy, 50% no joy, and now im at 45% and it seems to stay on here.

of course this happens on the week end before Xmas.

i think this is just awful. granted, their customer support is awesome and i know they will send me a new one, but if this is something that im going to have to deal with every 4 months, its a bit ridiculous. The QA on these lights must not be all that great, whats the odds of me getting two bad power supplies and two bad lights on a product that's allegedly supposed to last upwards of 5 years??

does anyone else have these issues? any ideas on how to fix it? im all out of ideas. please help

45% on natural will keep everything alive, just really sucks that you pay 750 for 45% of a light.

I had the exact same problem. They sen me two lights, a power supply, and finally a whole new system before I got one that was reliable.
