    Highly recommend it, 8 class 5 rapids. Only problem is our boat was HEAVY, 2 ex D1 offensive linemen, 2 girls over 6 foot, 3 other over 6' and 200 pounds, and only 2 under 200 pounds, we plowed through what you're supposed to float over, crinkled the boat in half, and made the highlight reel 3 times for the year, which is awesome, but painful.

    I got thrown from the boat, but luckily a rock the size of a car broke my fall, and I bounced off of it and back in the boat, thank goodness, because my shoulder got thrown out a bit, not a blast having to have a guide put your shoulder back in during a class 3 rapid and then having to paddle for 4 more hours, but I CAN'T wait for our spring trip, gonna Skydive afterwards to dry off;D

    Notice the guide looking scared as heck, no bueno, and my poor friend got tossed in a bad area, that was scary, she went under 2 times for a LONG time each

    Shoulder had been killing me since then, finally went to the Dr, rotator cuff is sprained and collar bone was partially dislocated
