How much increase of calcium in a tank is considered to be fatal for fish/water chemistry/corals

I would like to raise calcium from 200mg/l to 400mg/l ...How much should i raise it daily?

50 ppm per day max. The 200 is bad for corals so getting it to 400 is good. Fish don't care as much as long as the SG is OK.

If your calcium is at 200, I would seriously consider doing a magnesium test.

If your magnesium not in check, meaning 1300-1400 it will be tough to get your calcium & alk stable.8)

If magnesium is low, you won't be able to get your calcium higher, regardless as to how much you put in. Magnesium stops calcium from precipitating out with carbonates (alk).
