Raising Salinity?

    I wouldn't change more than 10% of the water daily until the desired SG is reached. Honestly, 1.021 is not that serious, so I would just start topping off evaporated water with premixed salt water instead of RO water.

    Thank you very much, that's what I wanted to know :D

    4 cups out, then 4 cups of premixed saltwater. Does it matter how much salt or not?

    i would do a lil smaller maybe at the most a half gallon at one time

    Hmmmm....I have removed water and ajusted and put back in tank... say mid week between water changes is that not ok?

    Don't take any water out of your tank until your premixed water is ready. This way the water level doesn't stay low for more than a minute

    i would mix maybe 1/4 cup of salt mixing such take a 2 hours minimal maybe 3 to be safe do you have a sump oh filter i would dump it in it after its all mixed or in a high flow area

    I guess thats fine if your low in supple with water. But it takes a few hours for the salt to completely dissolve and I wouldn't want my water level in my tank that low for that long. And since your water needs adjusting you might as well put clean water back in.

    Alright so finally let me get this straight. Premix 4 cups of saltwater, by adding 1/4 cup of salt and water.

    Wait a couple hours, take 4 cups out of aquarium and add the premixed stuff in.

    Good?
