Random Shots From Today 3/28

Awww thanks guys. I do love the tank and spend probably more time than I should working on it. When I'm not at my tank, I'm at my computer watching "tanked" and searching the forums and answering posts here.

 

I did raise my lights. LED's are extremely strong and I feel that they have enough juice to reach the bottom of my tank. In addition to raising my lights, I did put the 90 degree optics back on. I have only been running my blues at 70% and whites at 60 percent so I have a little room to increase my power if my corals call for it. I have really never been big on watching "par" because there are so many other variables besides the intensity of the lighting.

 

Looks really good, this is the first I've seen of your tank since you came back. Not sure how i missed your other threads. Anyway, it's very nice

 

Thank you very much. I was just talking to my wife and this is honestly the most fun I have ever had with a build. Every other time I have done a tank, it has been on an extremely tight budget and the wife really wasn't on board with it. I figured out, if I let her pick out the fish, she is ok with it so she didn't mind me dropping a few dollars.
