I'm envious of you both. I'm adding a gallon and a half each day and I haven't even turned on the heater, lights, or fans yet :yelrotflm

Wow, I feel lucky, I only have to add about 1 gal every 3-4 days.

Open or closed top, Open Im assuming, and your local weather, IE humidity, decreases/increased evaporation rate, I add 3-5 gal a week.

it is probably what new reefer said..the air is just starting to get a little dryer making your water evaporate faster..just make sure your salinity isn't dropping..if it is..then you have a leak!

if u havea leak in your tank u should be able to see it quite easily because there should be salt creep around it, thats what i found any ways

my tank chews threw alot of water i top it up every other day its a pain but i think you will find the bigger your tank the more your water u will go threw and quicker
