    Hello everyone this my replacement tank for my pair of clown fish I have been raising them sense they were babies in a 20 long tank.
    Fist was to find a used tank it came with a Tek 4 bulb and stand

    Equipment list:
    90 g tank
    Tek 4 bulb light
    2x tunze 6045
    2x k1 if needed
    40 g breeder for sump
    vertex n-100 skimmer with upgraded pump psk-600
    Mag 9.5 return
    BRS dual reactor for carbon and gfo
    Dj power center

    Nice score! You and your clowns are gonna love the space of 90! I did 29->90 upgrade about 6 months ago.

    If you were interested what other 90 galloners have, check the 90 thread as well!

    Welcome! Looks like you are gonna have a good set up there with that tank. When is this going to begin?? and what are your plans with it?

    I have been working on it a few weeks now will post some more pics in a little while It will be a lps tank mostly with a few sps.

    Seems like a lot of 90's on this forum one of the reasons I came here to join in on the fun

    My wife and I weren't digging the open top. I tried to make a light box the principle was to be able to use the tek light with its legs I made it so the front will come off leaving the sides and back on.

    You can see I also put a trimming on the top of the stand to cover the tank trim.

    Here is how I rigged up the front to come of.

    If i was to do my 90 from scratch I would drill the back to get rid of the power heads and go with a closed loop than no power cords in the tank.

    Some day I hope to have Ecotech pumps I thank I will like them better then a closed loop,

    I second a vortech. a 40 would be enough i think.
