I got a new Rose Bubble Tip and put it on a rock near the bottom. It attached and i figured it would move to where it liked if it wanted to be higher and closer to the light. Then it was MIA and I finally thought I spotted it at the back of the tank behind the rocks and pretty much out of the light. Now its been in the tank for two weeks and its come back out front finally but is just on the sandbed and about half the size as it used to be. Should I move it up onto the rocks? Should I just leave it alone and let it find a spot? Should I try feeding it?

Just leave it.If it just starts floating around the tank and will not attach to anything I would prob remove it.Keep an eye on it for a day or so.

Ditto...leave it be. It will go to it's happy place as many attempts and as long as it takes ;). They change size dramatically so that alone isn't really an indication of something wrong.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
If you can provide a picture that would be great.

Does not bode well for the anemones that it is not attached to the rockwork and has shrunken in size.

BTA's are fairly easy in a tank with adequate lighting, good parameters and enough flow.

    Good luck.

I tried to get a pic but when I said it was back "out front" it was still way back in the tank. Just in front of the rock wall.:) So my hammer coral fell and the bta was attaching to his base so I moved the anemone even though I didn't want to. It's still real small but its on a rock where I can monitor it until it moves again.
