RBTA Refusing to Eat Krill

I have had a couple Anemones in the past, before the tank crash, and they would always eat Krill and seemed to love it. My new Rose Bubble Tip Anemone hates it and will spit it back out. I thought it was just her so I gave some to a friend of mine to feed her Common Anemone. I was informed he hates it too and will also spit it back into the tank.

Thinking this is odd, I asked a friend how his reacted with the Krill and he stated his 3 Rose Bubble Tips had always loved it but recently are refusing to eat it and are spitting it back out. This seemed strange to him as they had always enjoyed it in the past.

So.....Does anyone else have an Anemone that is refusing the Krill now but loved it in the past? Just curious if they somehow changed the recipe or if the Anemones are deciding they no longer enjoy it as a food source.

I feed smaller particles such as mysis. Could be the batch, or too much food.

 

I wondered about it being a bad batch too but my friend Brian has been experiencing the same thing this year. I have to admit, I am overfeeding my Anemone but the Krill was given to her as a first feeding a few days after placing her in my tank.

Just thought it was odd and wondered if anyone else was having problems.
