re aquascaping with fish

    Is it ok to re aquascape half of my tank? I have a big sunken ship which I'm tired of. It takes up a lot of space and its a huge algae attractor. It also makes it difficult to clean as there is a cave inside it were there is no water flow. I have two fish at the moment and it would be a lot less headache if i kept them in the tank as they are near impossible to catch and move. Will it be safe do you think?

    if all you are doing is removing that item from the tank, Yes IMO it will be OK

    It may cause the fish to go into hiding or stay in 1 corner at the back of the tank until you have finished , but they will adjust quickly IME and be fine again later
