    MHO-

You're looking at a 90? While various reactors are nice, and there are many types that run many things. While I'm sure they are nice, and can work well-
I actually used some Phoguard in a DIY reactor for awhile- now it's in a media bag in my overflow.

IMHO- it may be overkill atm for you. Especially with like bi weekly WC's.

Other than a medium sixed skimmer that works well, some GAC and PhosGuard in media bags in a high flow are of my overflow to the sump (that I change about every 2 months)

My 125- pretty heavy in sps, mostly colonies is maintained by dripping Kalwasser/vinegar into my sump in a gallon of RO/DI daily.- This takes a few minutes to prepare daily.

Every 3 to 4 weeks, a bulk dose some Mag also.

    I test every 3-4 weeks.
I actually tested today for my big 3- all I ever test for:
    Alk-8
    ca- 420
    Mag- 1400
It's stayed this way for over 10 months.
I'm feel lucky enough to have this work for me and my system.

    Here's today FTS

I use a reactor for GFO only and run carbon in a bag....they are a great tool and let you get the most out of your media, but aren't a requirement to keep a successful tank as seen above.

On a side note, sorry to hijack, but Todd, do you dose any Amino Acids in there?
