    this venom can be denatured by vinegar,

    If you don't have any vinegar, Take a whiz and drink it..
    I know you can Pee on a jellyfish sting and it helps..
    Nothing can be worst then what has already happened ..??

    But do as the others said, and be very careful..

    Apple Cider Vinegar is actually a lot better than the white crud. Its medically and nutritionally better for you and it tastes better.
    I've eaten crickets and scorpions, but a bristle worm....wow.
    You said you vomited, did it come out?
    If you still have trouble breathing go to Walmart or another similar store and buy a OTC Asthma inhaler. I have one that was only $15 and its called PRIMATENE MIST Epinepherine Inhaler, and it works just fine in my Asthma when my throat closes up on me. You dont need a prescription either. If you cant find one or it worsens go to the ER.
    Keep your head tilted slightly back and jaw forward.
