Nothing else for now. Get your parameters straitened out before you try to do anything else.

Also, dont know if this has been mentioned... How old is your tank?

Ditto on what geek said. We all tend to jump immediately to what we think the problem could be because of what we ourselves have experienced in our mature tanks. However, at ten weeks old, this tank is still an infant so slightly different rules apply.

I would strongly recommend a new basic test kit. (NO3,NO2, and ammonia) How much LR and sand is in the tank? It should be coming out of its cycling phase, but with all the dosing its gone through it may have gotten screwed up. Often times dosing is unnecessary and sometimes even bad for your tank (obviously the people with mega coral tanks will need to dose extra cal, but besides that). Your tank needs to find its own balance during its initial setup stage. If you start out dosing then be prepared to dose many things for the life of the tank in order to keep it stable. Its better to let your rock build up the buffer in your water and let your water changes take care of your cal, mag, and alk. Unfortunately when we are just learning we have a tendency to take the lfs advice without a grain of salt. If they are trying to sell you anything and don't know what they're talking about (a tragically often occurrence) then you end up with a poorly established tank and many regrets in the long run.

So don't give up on your tank. The beginning is the worst, promise. After you get it sorted out correctly then it will take care of itself for the most part once it matures (simply supply decent water changes and let it be)

The trick to tank happiness = the least amount of meddling possible. Let it work at its own pace. (Think of when you see people who post videos on utube of their cats or whatever having a littler and they decide to 'help', while you're sitting their like 'dear lord, cats have been this for thousands of years, let it be') Same principle. Don't 'help out' unless absolutely necessary. Never dose anything that isn't proven to be needed and never without a test kit.

Ask any questions you might have here on 3 reef, cuz you sound like one of those people that got the short end of the stick when it comes to lfs.

Good luck and hope you are enjoying your tank very soon.:)
