I just recently had to take about 60 lbs of LR out of my tank to hunt down and remove a Xanthid red eye reef crab that was WAY too big and nasty for my 75 gall. tank. I put LR back in so that the parts with the coraline algae is exposed, but there are some clear rocks showing too. Is that clear rock going to throw my params off while it's growing the coraline? LR has been in tank for over a couple years, so it's not a new tank. Thanks!

If you are just asking whether the parts of the rock that don't have coraline on them will affect your parameters, then no. It should not matter what side of the rock is showing or what's on the rock. You should be good to go.
